Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and 7cuci ("Platform", "we"). This Agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or access any service provided through the 7cuci website.

Continued use of this platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions signifies your acceptance of those changes. We recommend you revisit this page from time to time to stay informed of any updates.

User Eligibility

To use 7cuci's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an individual who has been registered as self-excluded through any recognised exclusion programme.
• Not use this platform in a professional capacity as an agent or proxy for a third party without written authorisation from 7cuci.
• Take full responsibility for complying with local laws applicable to the use of online betting services.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 7cuci. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of any existing balances.

• Information submitted during registration must be truthful, complete and current.
• You are responsible for updating your personal information should any changes occur.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any party.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the 7cuci support team immediately.
• 7cuci will not be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details confidential.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required before a withdrawal is approved. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 7cuci platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 30 minutes once the request has been approved.
• Withdrawal funds will only be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security control purposes.
• 7cuci does not charge any processing fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions, although third-party fees may apply.

All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). If a transaction is made in another currency, conversion will be carried out based on the prevailing rate at the time the transaction is processed.

Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by 7cuci are subject to specific terms. Users must fully understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit bonus of 100% up to RM500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
  • Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Required turnover: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
  • Example: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Required turnover: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• 7cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

The 7cuci VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members. VIP tiers are divided into three levels: Bronze (cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (cashback up to 0.5%) and Gold (cashback up to 0.8%). Progression to a higher tier depends on your overall betting activity.

Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the 7cuci platform are operated in accordance with rules set by their respective software providers. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once processing by the system is complete.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, 7cuci will endeavour to resolve any dispute fairly based on server records.
• Any winnings resulting from a software error or technical fault will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

For sports betting, all displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of the market concerned.

Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited on the 7cuci platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain profits unlawfully.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits or obtain multiple bonuses.
• Using a 7cuci account for any money laundering activity or other illegal activities.
• Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities in the 7cuci software — users must report any vulnerabilities found to the support team.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 7cuci to the public.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 7cuci support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be returned once the closure process is complete, subject to any necessary investigation.

7cuci reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• There is reason to suspect that a user's information is false or inaccurate.
• The account is linked to activity that violates these Terms and Conditions.
• There is a requirement to comply with instructions from authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• The user engages in behaviour that is harmful or disruptive to other users on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

7cuci shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions, or technical faults that are beyond our reasonable control.

The 7cuci platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. Efforts will be made to ensure high platform availability, however scheduled maintenance and technical issues cannot be entirely avoided.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

7cuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on this website.

We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via a notice on the platform or through their registered email. However, it is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
